Your reflexology treatment begins when you enter Sole Relaxing Therapy Room, which is an oasis of calm with soft lighting, tranquil music and the burning of essential oil candles.You will be invited to remove your shoes and socks and make yourself comfortable on the lafuma recliner. You will be fully supported and offered a soft warm blanket.I will wrap your feet in steamed heated towels to cleanese and destress the feet. I will use my hands to apply pressure to stimute reflex points on the feet. This promotes deep relaxation and allows the body to destress and helps to bring the body into balance.

Using Eve Taylor products that have been specifically chosen to suit your needs. Eve Taylor products are derived from natural sources such as essential oils. They are paraben free, with no artifical colours or fragrances. Massage will reduce levels of cortisol (stress hormone) and increases serotonin, oxytocin and dopamine. The body will relax and the mind will slow down‍. Massage aims to improve skin texture and tone. It increases circulation, leaving the skin glowing. I've been back and forth with Patricia well over a year now and each appointment has been brilliant. I've had reflexology, massages, facials and treatments whilst pregnant. Patricia provides a cosy space that is calming and relaxing.
